The believer’s walk is unique. It is a Life and journey established by the amazing Sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

It has its challenges though it has many more joys.

Even so, however, I would say by observation without hesitation that the overwhelming majority of true believers are on the wide path that Jesus spoke of in Matthew 7:13-14.

The wide path speaks of many things. In a nutshell, it represents a life that is not doing God’s Will in some way.

Yet, most believers would say that they are not doing too badly, though, this is a typically subjective assessment. The wide path is the path of compromise, complacency, and false ideas and beliefs about the Christian life.

Friends, let’s keep in mind that God’s Word is the standard of life. Let’s not be deceived by our beliefs and actions that contradict God’s Word as doing so will keep us on the wide path that leads to destruction.

Come what may, walk down the narrow path which will mean significant and ongoing changes are needed in order that the ‘objective’ Word is conformed to. Don’t be moved by casual and ‘modern’-type interpretations of the Christian life which actually misrepresent the truths of God. We will all give an account to God.

I pray that the Almighty would open our eyes and help us to walk on the narrow path, so that we would enter Heaven, in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.
